 Policies:

 

Cancellations/Rescheduling:

We require 24 hours notice for all cancellations.

 

Canceling/rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance

will result in be charged 50% of the service booked.

 

Same day cancellations and no show clients

will be charged 100% of the service booked.

Lateness:

You are given a 5 minute grace period for your appointment.

Arriving later than 5 minutes can result in your appointment

being cancelled and being charged 50% of the service booked.

Payment:

We accept cash, debit, and credit card payments only.

There is a $3.00 processing fee on all card transactions.
