POLICIES

Cancellation/No Show:

I require 24 hours notice for all cancellations.

- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance 

will be charged 50% of the service booked.

Same day cancellations and no show clients

 will be charged 100% of the service booked.

You will always receive a confirmation text 48 hours prior to your appointment

as well as a friendly reminder text 24 hours prior to your appointment.

 

We do understand that things happens but when you cancel your appointment

or no show without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill your

appointment time and our clients miss the opportunity to receive our services.

If you do not pay the cancellation or no show fee you will be denied from booking

another service in the future and any pre-booked appointments will be cancelled.

Lateness:

You are given a 10 minute grace period for your appointment.

- Arriving later than 10 minutes can result in your appointment

being cancelled and being charged 50% of the service booked.

with your name, appointment time and ETA.

Payment:

- I accept cash and card payments only. 

There is a $3.00 processing fee on all card transactions.

- All services, packages and products are final sale. 

Packages are nontransferable, can't be shared

and must be used by/before the expiration date.
